I am Ali MANAVOĞLU. I graduated from Cukurova University, Department of Food Engineering, and completed my master's degree in food science and technology with a focus on microbiology at Suleyman Demirel University. As general manager at Lab Premium Likya, I work on laboratory operations, standardization of technical processes, and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, particularly for microbiological analysis, sampling, and reporting of food, water, and pool water samples across the Mediterranean and Aegean regions. Between October 2022 and July 2023, I also taught courses such as food hygiene, nutrition principles, and food legislation at Antalya Belek University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

I help testing laboratories make ISO/IEC 17025 processes practical and sustainable in the field, especially around food microbiology, water microbiology, and environmental samples from food businesses. Through software integration, implementation consulting, documentation, internal audits, and training, I support stronger records, better traceability, and systematic audit readiness.
